FLA helps lawyers, judges, law students and other legal professionals who have harmed or are at significant risk of harming their careers and personal lives because of alcohol and/or drug abuse, mental health issues, or cognitive decline. FLA fosters recovery through education, referrals and assessments, monitoring engagements and a statewide network of supportive recovering legal professionals.
