Stress Management and Wellness Support Groups - FOR ALL FL Lawyers, Law Students, and Paralegals
These free, online, lunch hour groups are offered weekly.

Group participants can enhance personal wellness and seek solutions for a wide range of concerns – stressful features of legal practice, family, finance, personal health, and any other matters affecting our lives and professions.
These gatherings offer solutions to many common problems, and discussions are conducted in a collegial, supportive, and confidential* manner.

Career Counseling for Lawyers
Have you ever been ruminating; thinking about a job change; career alteration within the
practice of law; or transitioning out of the practice of law altogether?
For over thirteen years, FLA has had a monthly career workshop open to any registered
Florida lawyer, including those who may now be practicing outside the state.
The monthly zoom webinar is sponsored by FLA and hosted by David Behrend, an
attorney with a national practice that assists lawyers through change; helping them
navigate the tides of both elective and involuntary moves. Open to all ages, those
beginning or entering the last phase of their careers, the sessions are meant to be
informative and ultimately transformative.
The Zoom sessions are held on the second Wednesday of each month, are free of
charge, and are strictly confidential. Participants are asked to use first names only as
identifiers.
